The District of Elkford is exploring the development of an off-leash dog park to provide a safe and enjoyable space for dogs and their owners to socialize and exercise.The project aims to create a designated area where pets can play freely while supporting responsible dog ownership and enhancing community recreation opportunities.
At this stage, the District is seeking public feedback on whether the project should proceed; and, if so, where the off-leash park should be located.
Community input will help guide council’s decision-making and ensure that the proposed park best meets the needs of residents and their pets.

Your feedback will help guide Council’s decision-making and ensure the park reflects the needs of Elkford residents and their pets. This survey will close prior to the Off-Leash Dog Park Open House, results will be displayed there and included in a future Committee of the Whole meeting for discussion.
