Pursuant to Section 466 of the Local Government Act R.S.B.C. 2015, Chapter 1, notice is hereby given that council for the District of Elkford has scheduled a public hearing to hear representations of all persons who believe that their interest in property is affected by proposed District of Elkford Official Community Plan Bylaw 710, 2010, Amendment Bylaw No. 853, 2021 and District of Elkford Zoning Bylaw No. 737, 2013, Amendment Bylaw No. 854, 2021.

The proposed bylaw amendments may be inspected between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday (excluding statutory holidays), from May 26 to June 14, 2021 at the District of Elkford Office, 744 Fording Drive, Elkford, B.C., or by request by emailing info@elkford.ca.
